SHOPPERS - Would you like to learn more about an innovative program called Prescription for Health, where you can receive up to $120 in fruits and vegetables from the local farmers market? We are seeking participants for the summer of 2020 who would be willing to visit the farmers market to shop for fresh fruits and vegetables and learn about nutrition and reducing the risk of chronic disease. There is no cost for enrolling in the program, but there are certain criteria for being eligible to participate.
